Please note that because each item is only made upon order placement, we only allow returns if the item has print defects, damage, or if an incorrect item was received. Any such issues must be reported to us within 3 business days from the date of product receipt.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and promptly make it right.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
